Position Summary
The MDR is responsible for outbound prospecting, setting meetings, and achieving aggressive pipeline targets. This role is measured on quota attainment across daily calls, opportunities created, SQOs, and ACV generated.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly performance quotas, including:
Daily outbound calls
Opportunities created
Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs)
ACV generated from booked Opps
Execute Outreach sequences to drive lead engagement and pipeline growth.
Work closely with the Lead MDR and Marketing Operations Manager to refine messaging and targeting.
Log all interactions in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and lead progression.
Education & Experience Requirements
No previous experience required.
1+ years in an MDR, SDR, or outbound sales role preferred.
